Review Yosemite Epics reveals death-defying adventures in a place that is known for them. The extreme activities are hair-raising. Some of the descriptions are going to be classics. The book records a great many incidents that are valuable contributions the literature of the Sierra Nevada. --Barry Parr, guidebook authorI really loved reading this book. The stories show you can't anticipate everything Mother Nature will throw at you, no matter how competent or well-prepared you are, but you're only really alive when you test your guts and stamina and expose yourself to some risk.
