High Point Shandaken Mountains 1853 by Asher Brown Durand, 30x47-Inch

★★★★★5.0·2 ratings

This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features a winding river leading to a foggy mountain. Asher Brown Durand, born 1796 and died 1886, was an American painter of the Hudson river school. Durand was one of the countries finest engravers after becoming a partner in an engraving company he was apprenticed to. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.

Doc fetch goes through Layer's Aerospike pull-through cache; cache hit served the row without touching turbopuffer. The similar query asks Layer for nearest neighbors of the stored product vector — queries don't go through the doc cache, so no cache header is set.
